How do I make a purchase?

Simply add your favorite blends or wellness goods to your cart and checkout securely through our online store.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it to your door.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Email us at orders@lelandelevenco.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to update the address.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You'll receive an email confirmation right after checkout.

How do I get a refund?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Yes! Standard shipping is $6.95, or free on all U.S. orders over $50.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during shipping, email us at orders@lelandelevenco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or offer a solution.

Can I see your certificates?

Our teas are blended and packaged through Table Rock Tea Co., a certified facility that meets strict food safety standards. While we do not provide individual certificates with each order, we are happy to answer specific questions about sourcing or compliance if you reach out to us.

Where can I find information on sustainability?

Sustainability is a priority at Leland Eleven Co. We use organic botanicals, package our teas in recyclable kraft pouches, and keep packaging minimal while protecting the integrity of our blends. For customers who wish to store their teas long-term, we also offer optional violet-glass apothecary jars, sold seperately.

Where are your products made?

Our blends are created in partnership with Table Rock Tea Co. in South Carolina, where they are carefully blended, packed, and sealed for freshness. Every recipe is developed and tested by us before it reaches you.

Do you offer samples of your product?

At this time we don't offer individual samples, but we are considering them for the future. The best way to experience our blends now is through our collections, which allow you to try a variety of teas.
